GOC | Media Planning Manager
As a Media Planning Manager at WPP Media's Global Operations Centre (GOC) in Warsaw, Poland, you will collaborate with teams across the United States, Europe, and Asia to deliver high-impact media solutions. WPP Media is WPP's AI-driven media operating unit, integrating media, data, and partnerships to provide creative personalization at scale. This role is pivotal in supporting and organizing digital teams to plan, activate, apply data, and optimize campaigns effectively.
Your primary responsibilities will include managing both local and multi-market campaigns, ensuring seamless transitions between them. You will work closely with the planning and strategy teams to develop comprehensive media plans, oversee budgets and budget tracking, and monitor daily pacing and performance to meet campaign goals. Additionally, you will unify insights from various biddable channels to align with client business objectives and guide stakeholders on the selection and application of systems, tools, and platforms for successful implementation.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of social and programmatic media, enabling informed digital planning decisions across a broad spectrum of opportunities. Strong analytical skills are essential for outlining advanced data analytics and measurement frameworks to assess the performance of media strategies and activations. Experience in managing multi-market activation teams and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment are also crucial. Proficiency in English is required.
