As a Senior Capacity Planner in the Global Operations Centre at WPP Media, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing our global offshore resourcing strategy. This position involves building strong relationships to understand and prioritize regional requirements, connecting these needs with talent across our hubs in India, LATAM, and Poland. Additionally, you will collaborate with Global Hub management to continuously review and optimize full-time equivalent (FTE) utilization and enhance employee engagement across teams.

Key responsibilities include establishing trust and effective working relationships with market and global leadership to align talent with operational efficiencies. You will engage with discipline and market leadership on workforce planning, addressing progression, rotations, and retention in line with staffing needs. Regular check-ins with market and offshore team leads will ensure resource plans meet evolving requirements, and you will creatively resolve resourcing challenges by presenting alternative solutions.

The role requires a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Talent Management, Resource Management, Commercial, Project Management, Operations, or Biddable Media Activation. Candidates should possess confidence and the ability to influence stakeholders, a strong work ethic capable of managing multiple responsibilities under pressure, exceptional attention to detail, and a resourceful approach to problem-solving. An affinity for numbers and a data-driven, analytical approach to decision-making are essential, with change management experience considered a significant plus.
