This full-time, remote position requires close collaboration with the Chief Legal, Ethics & Compliance Officer, executive leadership, and board members to ensure effective and compliant governance practices. The role is integral to maintaining organizational accountability and supporting decision-making processes within the global humanitarian context.

Key responsibilities include leading governance processes for RI's boards, committees, and network-level governance bodies, ensuring meetings are well-managed, compliant, and effectively documented. The manager will coordinate Senior Leadership Team governance processes, including agenda preparation, decision tracking, and action management. A strong background in supporting boards, committees, and senior leadership teams, including preparation of governance documentation and minute-taking, is essential. Excellent organizational, project management, and administrative skills, with exceptional attention to detail and quality assurance, are necessary. Strong judgment, integrity, and discretion when handling confidential matters, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities across international time zones, are also important.

The compensation for this role is approximately £40,000 per annum.
