DTEX Systems is seeking a GRC Analyst to support its governance, risk, and compliance activities. This role involves executing and sustaining established GRC processes under the direction of the Director of Compliance. The GRC Analyst will work across various compliance frameworks, including SOC 2, FedRAMP, PCI DSS, E8, ISM, HIPAA, privacy regulations, and IRAP.

Key responsibilities include supporting day-to-day GRC operations such as control tracking, evidence coordination, and audit preparation. The analyst will perform control checks, continuous monitoring activities, and collect and maintain audit-quality evidence for internal and external audits. Additionally, the role involves assisting with risk and issue tracking, supporting third-party risk and customer assurance activities, and maintaining GRC documentation.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent hands-on experience in compliance, audit, or continuous monitoring programs within a regulated environment. A minimum of 3–6 years of experience in GRC, compliance, audit, or risk management roles is required. Experience supporting audits, control execution, or continuous monitoring activities is essential. Familiarity with GRC platforms such as Vanta and the ability to use automation and AI-assisted tools to improve efficiency are preferred.
