Grocery Associate (Left Bank)

Wolt is seeking a Grocery Associate to join our Wolt Market team in Astana, Kazakhstan. As a Finnish technology company renowned for our food delivery platform, Wolt has expanded into the grocery sector, offering customers rapid access to a wide range of products. This role is integral to our mission of delivering exceptional convenience and customer experience.

In this position, you will be responsible for processing orders through our application, accurately picking and packing items, and ensuring they are ready for delivery to customers or handoff to courier partners. Maintaining the store's cleanliness and organization is also a key part of your daily duties. Additionally, you will update our internal systems with precise information regarding product composition and allergens.

The ideal candidate is proactive, customer-oriented, and possesses strong attention to detail. You should be a quick learner, especially with technology, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Being a team player with excellent communication skills is essential. Flexibility to work various shifts, including days, evenings, nights, weekdays, and weekends, is required. Previous experience in a retail setting is advantageous. Applicants must have the legal right to work in Kazakhstan.
