Grocery Associate (part-time)

Wolt is seeking two part-time Grocery Associates to join our Wolt Market team in Bergen, Norway. As a Grocery Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient store operations and delivering exceptional service to our customers.

Your primary responsibilities will include processing orders through our Merchant app, accurately picking and packing groceries, and handing them over to customers and courier partners. Additionally, you will be responsible for unloading deliveries from vendors, managing internal systems with precise information about nutrients and allergens, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the store.

We are looking for proactive individuals who are fast learners and capable of multitasking in a dynamic environment. Flexibility is essential, as the role requires working both morning and evening shifts across weekdays and weekends, with store hours from 08:00 to 01:00. Reliable transportation for early morning and late evening shifts is necessary. While previous experience in a grocery store or retail setting is advantageous, it is not mandatory. Full professional proficiency in English is required, and knowledge of Norwegian is a plus. Applicants must be located in Norway and have the legal right to work in the country.
