Grocery Associate

Wolt is seeking a part-time Grocery Associate to join our Wolt Market team in Brno, Czechia. As a Grocery Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient store operations and delivering exceptional service to our customers. This position offers an opportunity to be part of a dynamic team within a rapidly growing company.

In this role, your primary responsibilities will include receiving and processing orders through our Merchant app, accurately picking and packing groceries, and handing them over to customers and courier partners. Additionally, you will be responsible for unloading deliveries from vendors, managing internal systems that contain precise information about products, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the store.

The ideal candidate is proactive, a fast learner, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment. A customer-oriented mindset and a "can-do" attitude are essential. Proficiency in Czech at a B2/C1 level is required, along with basic English skills for navigating our systems. Familiarity with technology, such as using smartphones and computers, is also important.

We offer a starting hourly wage of 140 - 150 CZK, depending on experience. There are opportunities for rapid advancement to shift leader positions, which come with increased compensation.
