Grocery Associate

Wolt is seeking a Grocery Associate to join our Wolt Market team in Almaty and Astana, Kazakhstan. As a Grocery Associate, you will play a pivotal role in our daily operations, ensuring that customer orders are accurately prepared and delivered promptly. This position offers both full-time and part-time opportunities, with flexible shifts to accommodate various schedules.

In this role, your primary responsibilities will include receiving and processing orders through our Merchant app, picking and packing groceries, and handing them over to customers and courier partners. You will also be responsible for unloading food and supplies from vendors, managing internal systems that contain precise information about nutrients and allergens, and maintaining the order and cleanliness of the store.

The ideal candidate is proactive, a fast learner, and capable of multitasking in a dynamic environment. Flexibility to work in shifts during mornings, evenings, and weekends is essential. While experience in a grocery store is advantageous, it is not mandatory. Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in Kazakh or Russian is a plus. Applicants must have the legal right to work in Kazakhstan.
