Grocery Associate - Wolt Market (full-time)

Wolt Market is a supermarket offering exceptional convenience and customer experience, allowing customers to order groceries for rapid delivery. As a Grocery Associate in our Baku store, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that all orders are accurately assembled and ready for pickup by our courier partners or customers. This full-time position entails a 40-hour workweek, contributing to a dynamic team that takes pride in delivering outstanding service.

Your primary responsibilities will include accepting orders through our Merchant application, picking and packing groceries, and handing them over to customers and couriers. Additionally, you will manage internal systems containing precise information about food items and allergens, maintain the store's cleanliness and organization, and participate in enhancing daily store operations.

We are seeking individuals who are quick learners with the ability to multitask effectively. Proactivity and a service-oriented mindset are essential qualities for this role. A positive "can-do" attitude and enjoyment of working in a fast-paced environment will contribute to your success. Proficiency in Azerbaijani is mandatory, and fluency in English is considered an advantage. Prior experience in a grocery store is beneficial but not required. Candidates must have the legal right to work in Azerbaijan and be available to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
