Grocery Associate - Wolt Market

Wolt is seeking a Grocery Associate to join our Wolt Market team. As a Grocery Associate, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient operation of our grocery delivery services, contributing to our mission of providing exceptional convenience and customer satisfaction.

In this role, your primary responsibilities will include processing incoming orders through our Merchant app, accurately picking and packing groceries, and handing them over to customers and courier partners. You will also be responsible for unloading deliveries from vendors, managing internal systems that maintain precise information about product nutrients and allergens, and ensuring the store remains organized and clean.

The ideal candidate is proactive, a fast learner, and capable of multitasking effectively. Flexibility is essential, as the position requires working in shifts during mornings, evenings, nights, weekends, and public holidays. While prior experience in a grocery store is advantageous, it is not mandatory. Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in the local language is considered a plus. Candidates must have the legal right to work in the country where the position is based.
