Grocery Associate - Youth Workers

Wolt is seeking part-time Grocery Associates aged 15 to 17 to join our dynamic team in Malmö, Sweden. As a Grocery Associate, you will play a crucial role in our Wolt Market operations, ensuring that customer orders are accurately prepared and ready for delivery. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain experience in a fast-paced retail environment within a leading technology company.

Your primary responsibilities will include receiving orders through our Merchant app, picking and packing groceries, and handing them over to customers and courier partners. Additionally, you will manage internal systems that provide precise information about nutrients and allergens, maintain order and cleanliness in the store, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our daily operations.

We are looking for proactive and service-minded individuals who are quick learners and capable of multitasking. A can-do attitude and enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment are essential. While prior experience in a grocery store is advantageous, it is not mandatory. Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in Swedish is a plus. Applicants must have the right to work in Sweden and be between 15 and 17 years old.

Our store operates seven days a week, so flexibility to work weekends and various shifts according to Wolt Market's opening hours is necessary.
