Grocery Shift Lead

Wolt is seeking a dedicated Grocery Shift Lead to oversee operations at our Wolt Market Schevchenko in Almaty, Kazakhstan. As a pivotal member of our team, the Shift Lead ensures seamless store operations, especially in the absence of the Store Manager, contributing to our mission of delivering exceptional service to our customers.

In this role, the Shift Lead is responsible for maintaining efficient store operations, addressing team challenges, managing workloads, and ensuring overall team well-being. Key duties include resolving operational issues, monitoring staff performance, handling administrative tasks, and actively participating in the continuous improvement of store processes.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a Grocery Associate in retail settings, with a proven track record of leading teams in similar environments. We value proactive individuals who are service-oriented, quick learners, and adept at multitasking. Flexibility to work various shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends, is essential to meet the dynamic needs of our 24/7 operation.
