Grocery Shift Lead

Wolt is seeking a part-time Grocery Shift Lead to join our team at Wolt Market Hasle in Oslo. As a Grocery Shift Lead, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring efficient store operations and maintaining high service standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and fast-growing company dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily store activities, especially in the absence of the Store Manager. Your duties will include resolving team issues, managing workloads, ensuring operational efficiency, and handling administrative tasks. Additionally, you will collect and relay feedback to improve store operations continually.

The ideal candidate will have experience leading a team, preferably as a shift lead in grocery stores or retail environments. We are looking for someone who is proactive, service-oriented, and a quick learner with strong multitasking abilities. Flexibility is essential, as the role requires working various shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays. Proficiency in English is required.
