The ideal candidate has experience owning significant business metrics or growth areas and can clearly articulate the measurable impact achieved. They should be adept at using data to make decisions, comfortable making trade-offs based on commercial and analytical judgment, and skilled at influencing diverse stakeholders without direct authority. The ability to operate well in ambiguous, fast-moving environments and communicate clearly in both English and Portuguese is essential.
