The Growth Marketing Specialist at Clever will provide operational and execution support for the company's go-to-market growth strategies. Reporting to the Head of Growth and Customer Marketing, this role focuses on managing programs designed to generate new customers, deepen user engagement, and nurture buyers. The specialist will ensure that marketing engines run smoothly and that network effects between schools and application providers remain strong.

Key responsibilities include deploying and managing cross-channel go-to-market tactics such as email campaigns, website forms, and lead capture flows aimed at engaging and converting prospects. The specialist will partner with Brand, Product Marketing, and Sales teams to launch marketing campaigns, ensuring all assets and tracking are live and functional. Additionally, they will execute established programs that drive adoption and engagement for application providers across their lifecycle, maintain marketing automation flows, and collaborate with Marketing and Business Operations to manage platform operations. Extracting insights from growth metrics and reporting on program performance, as well as serving as the tactical point of contact for Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to keep projects on schedule, are also key aspects of the role.

The ideal candidate will have over three years of experience in B2B SaaS, preferably in the edtech sector, with a proven track record in supporting lead generation, user activation, engagement, and retention programs. Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools like Braze and familiarity with Salesforce are essential. Strong communication skills, the ability to coordinate across diverse teams and functions, and being detail-oriented and organized with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously are crucial. A natural storytelling ability to translate technical or complex ideas into clear, engaging narratives for the application provider audience, along with proficiency in writing acquisition emails, nurture emails, and event follow-up emails, is also required.

This is a temporary, part-time contract role with fluctuating workload expectations, best suited for someone who can manage their time independently while collaborating closely with an established marketing team. The position is remote within the United States, with a contract duration from mid-April 2026 through early September 2026, approximately four months. The scope and time commitment are 10-20 hours per week, with some flexibility based on business needs. Compensation is $70 to $75 per hour.
