Growth Operations Manager
Wolt is seeking a Growth Operations Manager to serve as the right hand to the Senior Director of Growth Marketing, overseeing the operational heartbeat of a global team of over 70 experts across Performance Marketing, CRM, Martech, and Media. This role is pivotal in ensuring that the organization remains lean, aligned, and focused on business outcomes, facilitating the execution of global strategies with precision.
The Growth Operations Manager will be responsible for establishing meeting structures and reporting flows to minimize time spent on updates and maximize decision-making efficiency. They will own the quarterly and annual planning processes, ensuring that each team's goals are directly tied to user base growth and revenue. Additionally, the role involves ensuring adherence to global playbooks, optimizing resource allocation, translating complex data into concise executive briefs, identifying and addressing team silos, and fostering a strong, connected team culture.
The ideal candidate will have over five years of experience in operations, strategy, project management, or growth marketing within a high-growth tech environment. They should demonstrate the ability to navigate large, global matrix organizations and drive alignment across multiple senior teams without direct reporting authority. A strong ownership mindset, deep commercial acumen, exceptional communication skills, experience in organizational design, high analytical literacy, and a bias for simplicity are essential qualities for this role.
