Led by Fabien, our VP Product, Joko's Product team groups the passionate individuals behind our users' delight! From brainstorming to development to launch, the Product team's main mission is to turn ideas into reality by working hand-in-hand with the Engineering, Design and Business teams.

Joko is organized into four product tribes, each owning a key dimension of the company's value:

- Business lines owns the current core value proposition, covering online shopping, in-store experiences, and gift cards, each run as a dedicated team.

- Scale focuses on growing and amplifying this value through growth, international expansion, and shared core user experiences across the app.

- Joko AI builds the next value proposition: a shopping assistant powered by advanced AI and new interaction models, combining deep technical and product innovation.

- Internal needs serves teams and non user-facing stakeholders, owning internal tools, infrastructure, compliance, and operational scalability.
