GTDocs Senior Manager + Lawyer

Gilbert + Tobin is seeking a GTDocs Senior Manager + Lawyer to lead the Melbourne GTDocs team, a specialized group dedicated to delivering high-quality, technology-enabled document review and evidence management services. This role offers the opportunity to apply legal expertise at scale, overseeing complex workflows and integrating advanced tools, including Generative AI, into legal processes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and supervising review strategies, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of document and evidence workflows across various legal matters such as disputes, investigations, and transactions. Key duties include leading the Melbourne GTDocs team, collaborating with partners and clients to develop practical review protocols, and utilizing data analytics to provide strategic insights on review progress and quality outcomes.

Applicants should possess a Bachelor of Laws degree and have substantial experience in legal document review or similar environments. A strong grasp of legal principles, attention to detail, and proficiency with review platforms like Relativity or NUIX are essential. The role requires proactive engagement with legal technology, including Generative AI, and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
