Head of Growth
Tebra is seeking a Head of Growth to lead its Innovation team in developing and executing a comprehensive commercial strategy for new market concepts. This pivotal role involves setting the vision, building the strategy, and establishing scalable systems to drive sustained growth over multiple years. The Head of Growth will define the ideal customer profile, design the product-led growth motion, and craft compelling product positioning and messaging. This position reports directly to the VP of Marketing and offers the opportunity to shape the future of Tebra's growth initiatives.
In this role, the Head of Growth will be responsible for identifying and entering new markets, developing a robust tech stack to support growth, and defining buyer and user archetypes to inform targeting and messaging strategies. They will design and implement the product-led growth motion from awareness through activation, conversion, and expansion, ensuring a seamless experience for prospects. Additionally, the Head of Growth will oversee the development of product positioning and messaging, ensuring alignment with market needs and company objectives.
The ideal candidate will have 5–8 years of experience in go-to-market, growth, or commercial roles, with a proven track record in building strategies from the ground up. Experience in startup environments or launching new products within larger organizations is highly desirable. A strong background in product-led growth, genuine AI fluency, and a demonstrated vision for AI-driven go-to-market transformation are essential. The candidate should possess excellent judgment, comfort with ambiguity, and a strong ability to communicate cross-functionally. Sensitivity to the clinical context and a genuine curiosity about the people Tebra serves are also important.
Tebra offers a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $213,500 to $228,500 per year.
