ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a Head of Marketing & Growth who will own the full spectrum of marketing — from brand positioning and demand generation to growth systems and performance marketing. This role is a strategic operator and builder who can define Niural’s narrative, accelerate acquisition, lift conversion, and align marketing tightly with product, sales, and customer success.

You’ll lead and evolve a growing team (including Creative Strategist, Marketing Manager, and others), build repeatable performance channels, and shape how the world discovers Niural.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in early-stage, data-driven environments, has experience building scalable growth playbooks, and can balance long-term brand with short-term performance.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Strategic Leadership & Vision

- Define and own Niural’s marketing and growth strategy across brand, demand, acquisition, retention, and lifecycle marketing.

- Act as a key partner to the executive team, shaping go-to-market strategy for product launches, pricing, and positioning.

- Translate business goals into measurable marketing objectives and KPIs with clear accountability and reporting.

Brand & Positioning

- Lead development of Niural’s brand narrative, messaging, and visual identity to clearly differentiate our value in global workforce tech.
