Head of Partner Growth
The Head of Partner Growth will lead the development and execution of strategies to expand and enhance partnerships, focusing on acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth. This role involves building and managing a high-performing team, establishing scalable processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive the company's growth objectives.
Key responsibilities include developing and implementing growth strategies for partners, creators, and agencies across international markets; building lead generation pipelines and scaling acquisition channels; launching and optimizing outbound partnership initiatives and creator acquisition strategies; and analyzing performance data to identify growth opportunities and optimize partner engagement and monetization.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in Growth, Partnerships, or Business Development roles; a proven track record of building lead generation pipelines and scaling acquisition channels; experience with influencer and creator marketing; and strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions. Proficiency in English at a B1 level or higher is required.
