Head of People Operations
DiliTrust, a leading European SaaS provider specializing in legal technology, is seeking a Head of People Operations to join their Paris office. This pivotal role involves overseeing the People Operations team and contributing to the company's ambitious goal of becoming the first French Legal Tech unicorn, valued at over €1 billion.
As Head of People Operations, you will manage and develop a team of three professionals, ensuring the efficient handling of the entire employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, mobility, and contract management. You will be responsible for structuring and continuously improving global HR processes, identifying and addressing operational challenges to streamline workflows, and supporting the Chief People Officer and People Business Partners in individual and collective employee relations.
The role requires over 10 years of relevant experience, with a strong background in data management, payroll, and HR administration, preferably within dynamic, fast-growing international companies. Fluency in French and English is essential, and proficiency in additional European languages is advantageous. A deep understanding of French labor law, along with knowledge of other countries' regulations, is highly desirable. Experience in project management and mergers & acquisitions will be considered a plus.
