Head of Sales & GTM Germany (m/f/d) - Legal Tech
As Head of Sales & GTM Germany at A11, you will lead the commercial expansion of our legal AI solutions in the German market. A11 is a key growth accelerator partnering with Europe's most ambitious startups and scale-ups, connecting them with top-tier talent to drive impactful growth. In this role, you will transform early traction into a scalable revenue engine, building upon our existing team and initial customer base.
Your primary responsibilities include owning and achieving annual recurring revenue (ARR) targets, actively engaging in high-volume SMB sales with short cycles, and personally closing deals alongside your Account Executives. You will develop and implement outbound strategies, primarily through cold calling and email sequences, and establish rigorous sales routines such as stand-ups, pipeline reviews, and forecasting. Additionally, you will lead and grow the sales team, localize our proven sales playbook for the German market, and represent the company at events and in public relations efforts.
The ideal candidate has over five years of experience in B2B SaaS sales with a strong track record of meeting quotas. You should possess leadership experience while remaining hands-on in sales activities, be comfortable with high-volume SMB sales, and have direct experience in outbound sales and new market GTM strategies. Familiarity with the German legal market is highly desirable, along with proficiency in CRM systems, native-level German, and fluent English. A startup mindset with adaptability to shifting priorities is essential.
Compensation includes a competitive salary with an on-target earnings (OTE) of approximately €180,000 to €200,000, along with equity participation through an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).
