As the Head of Strategy & Analytics, you will be responsible for building and leading a world-class analytics organization that powers product, growth, finance, and a number of other teams at Speak. You’ll define and execute the strategy that ensures every decision at Speak is data-informed while scaling our infrastructure, improving data accessibility, and driving measurable business impact across millions of learners worldwide.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Build and lead a high-performing team of analysts and data engineers that support teams across product, growth, marketing, curriculum, finance, leadership, and more
- Define and own the long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap across analytics, data, tooling, and governance, with a specific focus on the use of AI and related tools to enable the team and scalability
