Head of Supply, South
The Head of Supply, South at Wolt is a pivotal leadership role responsible for overseeing courier supply operations across multiple markets, including Kazakhstan, Georgia, Azerbaijan, Albania, Kosovo, Cyprus, and Malta. Reporting to the South Head of Operations, this position focuses on developing scalable, AI-driven systems to enhance delivery efficiency and reliability.
Key responsibilities include managing courier supply key performance indicators (KPIs) such as availability, utilization, cost efficiency, and service reliability. The role involves leading a regional team of approximately 15 members, driving performance, and fostering a high-performing organization. Additionally, the Head of Supply will define and execute supply strategies, optimize incentive structures, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve tooling and automation.
Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field, with an advanced degree being advantageous. A minimum of 8 years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, or leadership roles in fast-paced environments is required, including at least 3 years in leadership positions. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, financial acumen, and experience in leading cross-functional projects are essential. Fluency in English is mandatory, while proficiency in Greek and Russian is considered a plus.
