Health Care Compliance Manager
Intuitive, a global leader in robotic-assisted surgery and minimally invasive care, is seeking a Health Care Compliance Manager to join their team in Peachtree Corners, Georgia. This role reports directly to the Director of Compliance & Ethics and is integral to ensuring the company's adherence to both internal policies and external regulations.
The Health Care Compliance Manager will be responsible for conducting compliance monitoring activities, including process reviews and testing to ensure adherence to Intuitive's policies and local regulations. They will also conduct compliance audit activities, including complete period data review and testing, and participate in compliance investigations, assisting in resolution processes. Additionally, the role involves aggregating information from monitoring, auditing, and disciplinary actions to create dashboards that support the Legal and Compliance team in evaluating and determining necessary next steps.
Candidates should have a minimum of 8 years of experience in a compliance role within the medical device, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industry. In-depth knowledge of compliance and MedTech regulations is essential, along with strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required, as is the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A bachelor's degree in a related field is required, with advanced degrees or certifications such as Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP), Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC), or Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) being advantageous.
The compensation for this role ranges from $126,800 to $182,600 annually, commensurate with experience.
