High Value Case Manager

Morgan & Morgan, a leading personal injury law firm, is seeking a High Value Case Manager to join their team in Orlando, Florida. This role involves managing complex personal injury cases, working closely with attorneys and clients to ensure optimal outcomes. The High Value Case Manager will interact daily with clients, both existing and potential, through telephone and in-person communications. Responsibilities include ordering medical records, communicating with clients and providers during treatment, obtaining necessary documents to support injury and liability positions, and negotiating case settlements with insurance carriers. Additionally, the role involves managing case files from intake to closing under the direction of an attorney.

Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree, with prior experience as a Personal Injury Case Manager preferred. At least two years of experience in a legal position or as an insurance adjuster is desirable. Strong negotiating skills, the ability to multitask, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications are essential. Excellent writing and communication skills, along with attention to detail, are also required.
