High-Volume Talent Acquisition Partner (Fixed-term Contract)
Wolt is seeking a High-Volume Talent Acquisition Partner for a fixed-term contract to support the hiring of Support Associates and Grocery Associates in the Georgian market. This role is integral to Wolt's operations, focusing on recruiting frontline staff who are essential to daily business functions. The Talent Acquisition Partner will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including attraction, assessment, and offer stages for Support and Grocery Associate roles. Responsibilities encompass implementing AI-supported and data-driven hiring tools, monitoring recruitment metrics to enhance efficiency, and ensuring a consistent and positive candidate experience. Collaboration with Employer Branding and other talent teams to support hiring campaigns and initiatives is also a key aspect of the role.
Candidates should possess hands-on recruitment experience, particularly in high-volume environments, and have a background in hiring associates, customer service representatives, or similar roles. Proficiency in English and Georgian, both written and verbal, is required. A passion for delivering an excellent candidate experience, adaptability to dynamic environments, and a data-driven approach to recruitment are essential qualities for success in this position.
This role offers hands-on experience in operating within a mature, AI-driven high-volume recruitment model, exposure to scalable recruitment tools, and the opportunity to build strong operational talent acquisition skills in a shared-service environment.
