High-Volume Talent Acquisition Partner (Fixed-term Contract)
Wolt is seeking a High-Volume Talent Acquisition Partner for a fixed-term contract to support the recruitment of Support Associate and Grocery Associate roles in Greece. This position is part of Wolt's High-Volume Talent Acquisition team, focusing on enhancing and scaling hiring processes during a transformative period. The primary responsibilities include managing end-to-end recruitment processes for high-volume roles, implementing AI-supported and data-driven hiring tools, and monitoring recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement. Candidates should have hands-on recruitment experience, particularly in fast-paced environments involving associate or customer service roles. Proficiency in English and Greek, both written and verbal, is required.
