The HR Analyst will be responsible for collecting, compiling, and analyzing HR data from various sources, including the human resource information system (HRIS), employee surveys, and employment records. Key responsibilities include identifying trends and patterns related to recruitment, hiring practices, employee motivation, turnover, and compliance with employment laws and regulations. The analyst will prepare comprehensive reports for senior leadership, recommend goals and benchmarks for key performance metrics, and facilitate the implementation of new training and development initiatives. Additionally, the role involves conducting classification audits to ensure proper job classifications and ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations.

Candidates should possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in areas such as job classification, compensation program design, employee benefits, training, data collection, and analytics. A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Psychology, or a related field is preferred. The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and a thorough understanding of local, state, and federal employment laws and HR policies. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to quickly learn the organization's HRIS and similar employee management software are also required.

Tyson & Mendes offers a competitive compensation package, including an hourly pay range of $34 to $45, depending on experience, with overtime paid at 1.5 times the regular hourly rate as needed.
