HR Business Partner

Graphcore is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our Global People Team in Bristol, UK. As a key member of the team, you will collaborate closely with People Partners and work alongside People Operations, Talent Acquisition, Finance, Legal, and Workplace teams to support our mission of building the future of AI compute. This role is pivotal in providing strategic HR guidance and ensuring effective people practices as the company continues to scale globally.

In this position, you will partner with senior leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives, offering expert advice on workforce planning, organizational design, and change management initiatives. Your responsibilities will include analyzing workforce data to inform decision-making, leading complex employee relations cases, and ensuring compliance with UK employment legislation. Additionally, you will support diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies, and drive performance management frameworks and employee development initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in HR Generalist Lead or Business Partner roles, with a strong working knowledge of UK employment law and statutory requirements. You should possess the ability to coach managers on people management and performance issues, confidently influence decision-making processes, and build strong relationships with senior leaders. Excellent communication skills, the capacity to manage multiple stakeholders, and comfort with ambiguity and change are essential.
