HR Business Systems Analyst, Core HCM

Wolt is seeking an HR Business Systems Analyst, Core HCM, to join our People Technology Team in Bucharest, Romania. This role focuses on supporting strategic technology projects within the People Team, contributing to the optimization and advancement of our organization's HR systems. As part of a dynamic and rapidly growing company, the analyst will play a crucial role in scaling Wolt and DoorDash's combined growth.

The HR Business Systems Analyst will be responsible for configuring, testing, and supporting People Technology systems as Wolt expands into new verticals and countries. Key duties include identifying and resolving underlying business issues, implementing best practices based on gathered requirements, troubleshooting system configurations, and supporting high-volume data loads via Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) templates. The analyst will also provide global production analysis and support, work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain optimal configuration solutions, document system requirements, ensure data integrity, and train end-users on new processes and functionalities.

Candidates should have at least one year of experience in Workday maintenance and configuration, both domestically and internationally. A passion for system optimization and enhancing employee experience is essential. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to work through complex, ambiguous problems are required. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced, continually changing team-oriented environment. A BA/BS degree in quantitative or business fields, or equivalent work experience, is preferred.
