The primary responsibilities include configuring, testing, and supporting People Technology systems, particularly Workday. The analyst will work cross-functionally to identify and resolve business issues, implement best practices, and ensure data integrity. Tasks also involve managing high-volume data loads, providing global production analysis, and training end-users on new processes.
Candidates should have at least one year of experience in Workday maintenance and configuration, both domestically and internationally. A strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills are essential. A BA/BS degree in a quantitative or business field, or equivalent work experience, is required.
