The HR Business Systems Analyst, Workforce Management role at Wolt is a key position within the People Technology Team, focusing on supporting strategic technology projects as the organization continues to grow. Based in Bucharest, Romania, this role is integral to scaling Wolt and DoorDash's combined operations across multiple countries.

The primary responsibilities include configuring, testing, and supporting People Technology systems, particularly Workday. The analyst will work cross-functionally to identify and resolve business issues, implement best practices, and ensure data integrity. Tasks also involve managing high-volume data loads, providing global production analysis, and training end-users on new processes.

Candidates should have at least one year of experience in Workday maintenance and configuration, both domestically and internationally. A strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills are essential. A BA/BS degree in a quantitative or business field, or equivalent work experience, is required.
