HR Manager, Finland
Wolt is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead and enhance HR operations in Finland. This role involves auditing existing HR foundations and elevating them to support the company's rapid expansion in both its core business and Wolt Market. The HR Manager will be part of a global People Team, collaborating with professionals across multiple countries to build a world-class HR function.
Key responsibilities include leading a team of HR Operations Specialists, implementing HR programs related to organizational design, compensation, benefits, and leadership development, and ensuring compliance with local labor laws. The HR Manager will also collaborate with local leadership to address strategic challenges, drive a positive employee relations culture, and oversee payroll processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
The ideal candidate will have a solid generalist HR background with extensive experience in the Finnish market, including knowledge of local labor laws and statutory requirements. Proven team leadership experience, strong communication skills in both English and Finnish, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment are essential. Experience in complex matrix multinational organizations and familiarity with HR systems like Workday are also desirable.
