HR Operations Specialist (Maternity Leave Cover)
Wolt is seeking a temporary HR Operations Specialist to cover a six-month maternity leave in Ramat Gan, Israel. This role is integral to maintaining seamless HR operations within a rapidly growing organization, ensuring compliance and efficiency across all HR functions.
The HR Operations Specialist will manage the full employee life cycle, from onboarding to offboarding, including drafting and updating employment agreements and other employee documents. Responsibilities also encompass maintaining data accuracy in HR systems, analyzing employee data to support decision-making, and assisting managers and team members with HR-related policies, benefits, and compensation inquiries. Additionally, the role involves leading projects to enhance HR processes and collaborating with local partners to ensure smooth and compliant HR operations.
Candidates should have over three years of experience in HR operations within fast-paced environments, with proven expertise in managing end-to-end employee lifecycle processes. Strong analytical skills, particularly in Excel, and experience with HRIS platforms like Workday are advantageous. Hands-on experience in onboarding, offboarding, employee documentation management, and payroll processes is essential. Fluency in English and Hebrew, along with excellent communication skills, is required.
This position offers a key role within Wolt’s HR Operations, providing ownership of critical HR workflows that directly impact the employee lifecycle and organizational efficiency. The role also provides exposure to cross-functional stakeholders and collaboration with HR, Talent Acquisition, and business teams.
