Voodoo’s Corporate function is composed of five teams: HR, Talent Acquisition, Legal, M&A, and Finance, working together to drive Voodoo’s success.

As an HR Operations Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting the HR team with day-to-day operations and ensuring an exceptional employee experience.

We’re looking for someone who’s available asap for a 6 month contract.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Own the excellent delivery of operational HR lifecycle in all countries where Voodoo is present from onboarding to offboarding, including preparation of appropriate documentation, immigration compliance or implementation of processes.

- Maintain compliance with policies and legal requirements by managing relationships with relevant administrative stakeholders.

- Own the maintenance and updates of employee data in the HR Information System (BambooHR), ensuring accuracy and timely adjustments for any changes in employee status.

- Support payroll data processing, including tracking bonuses, salary increases, and sick leave.

- Oversee the administration of employee benefits to ensure compliance and accuracy.
