HR / People Operations - Apprenticeship

With offices across France, the US, Mexico, the Middle East, Germany, Spain, Italy, and Canada, Dilitrust supports 2,400 customers in 64 countries, including 80% of listed companies in major markets. The company aims to become the world's leading Legal Tech firm, targeting a valuation exceeding $1 billion by 2026.
As a People Operations Apprentice, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and contract changes. Your responsibilities will also encompass assisting with payroll processes, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and local regulations, and providing operational support to People Business Partners. Additionally, you will contribute to documenting and updating People Operations processes, identifying areas for improvement, and developing tools and resources for employees and managers.
Ideal candidates should be currently enrolled in a 2-year apprenticeship program (M1 or M2) in Human Resources, Labour Law, or a related field. A prior academic or practical exposure to HR operations, such as internships or project work, is advantageous. Essential skills include attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, clear and professional communication, proactivity, discretion, and adaptability. Proficiency in standard office tools like Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint, and Google Slides is required, while familiarity with an HRIS is a plus. Professional English proficiency is necessary due to the international nature of the team and tools.
