HRIS & Systems Lead
As the HRIS & Systems Lead at Helsing, you will be responsible for developing, architecting, and implementing HR solutions that enhance employee experience and operational efficiency. You will oversee core systems such as HiBob and Jira, standardize global data, and support workforce analytics and process automation. This role ensures that our HR architecture scales seamlessly with our growing teams, aligning our people strategy with robust technology systems.
Key responsibilities include managing the HiBob HRIS architecture and data governance to maintain data integrity throughout the employee lifecycle. You will design and implement lifecycle workflows for onboarding, offboarding, and compensation changes to ensure smooth employee transitions. Additionally, you will integrate HiBob and Jira processes to optimize cross-functional operations between HR and IT, build dashboards to track workforce data, and accelerate automation to reduce manual administrative tasks.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in HRIS management, HR technology, and People Operations systems. A proven track record in supporting complex system implementations, architecture design, and HR tech transformations is essential. Strong analytical and planning skills are required, with the ability to translate business growth into customized system workflows. Expertise in knowledge management and process documentation, ideally using tools such as Confluence, is also desired.
