As a Human Resources Business Partner at you will collaborate closely with a Senior HR Business Partner to support a team of over 350 engineers. This role involves serving as a trusted advisor on all people-related matters, fostering strong relationships to influence decision-making and drive meaningful change within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You will work in tandem with department leaders and the broader HR team to enhance the employee experience throughout the entire employee life cycle.

Key responsibilities include managing essential HR processes such as performance reviews, employee development, hiring, succession planning, and employee relations for assigned groups. The objective is to ensure a top-tier employee experience that aligns with long-term business objectives, aiding in the retention of top talent and maintaining the company's reputation as an excellent workplace. Additionally, you will provide personalized support to managers and employees, addressing both individual and organizational needs, coaching leaders, resolving employee concerns, and supporting strategic HR initiatives to drive positive outcomes.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree and have over five years of progressive experience in an HR Business Partner role. While previous experience supporting engineering teams is preferred, it is not mandatory. Strong client-service focus, the ability to build and manage relationships across various levels and functions, and a commitment to excellence and high integrity are essential. The role requires balancing multiple time-sensitive deliverables, effectively prioritizing tasks, and managing time efficiently. Proven experience in employee relations, with the ability to handle delicate situations fairly and appropriately, is also crucial.
