Key responsibilities include developing and implementing innovative sourcing strategies, collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements, conducting in-depth candidate screenings and interviews, negotiating job offers, and maintaining accurate records in applicant tracking systems. Additionally, you will analyze recruitment metrics, mentor junior recruiters, and participate in industry events to promote our employer brand.

The ideal candidate will have over two years of experience in recruiting within tech, finance, marketing, or product sectors, with a proven track record of successful placements. A deep understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes, proficiency in applicant tracking systems, and strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential. The ability to manage multiple client accounts, conduct thorough candidate assessments, and stay current with industry trends and labor market conditions is also required.
