Immigration Attorney

As an Associate Immigration Attorney, you will be responsible for representing both non-detained and detained individuals in removal proceedings before the Immigration Court and the Board of Immigration Appeals. Your duties will include explaining complex immigration concepts, presenting strategic solutions, managing a caseload, conducting client intakes, preparing diverse immigration applications, and collaborating with law enforcement and community-based organizations on changes in immigration law. Additionally, you will develop strategies and prepare clients and witnesses for court and USCIS testimony.
The ideal candidate will have 1 to 4 years of experience in immigration law, with a strong background in family-based petitions, humanitarian cases, EOIR proceedings, detained cases, citizenship, and other USCIS applications. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred. Exceptional interpersonal skills, a proven track record of advancing legal cases, and experience with case management software are essential.
