Immigration Case Manager, APAC

Envoy Global is seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Immigration Case Manager to join our growing team in the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region. This role is integral to managing and coordinating immigration applications across various countries within APAC, ensuring compliance with internal protocols and client expectations. The position is based in Singapore or Hong Kong, offering a flexible remote work environment.

The Immigration Case Manager will be responsible for communicating with foreign nationals and clients' HR teams to set appropriate expectations and timelines for immigration applications. Key duties include adhering to clients' agreed protocols and Service Level Agreements (SLAs), maintaining accurate records through Envoy's case management system, preparing and drafting applications, and collaborating closely with third-party vendors on work authorization and other immigration matters. The role also involves attending client calls, liaising with immigration authorities to clarify guidance or escalate applications, and ensuring accurate billing in line with company policies.

The ideal candidate will possess 2 to 4 years of experience managing immigration cases within Singapore and other Asia-Pacific countries. A Bachelor's degree or higher is required. Essential skills include clear and effective communication, the ability to work independently under pressure and tight deadlines, excellent time management and organizational abilities, and strong proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite. Oral and written proficiency in English is mandatory, while knowledge of other languages is desirable but not essential.
