Envoy Global is seeking an experienced Immigration Case Manager to oversee Canadian corporate immigration matters, with a particular focus on Quebec-based cases. This role is ideal for a licensed immigration professional who enjoys complex casework and client-facing advisory responsibilities within a globally recognized organization.

The Immigration Case Manager will manage a full portfolio of Canadian immigration cases, including preparing and submitting compliant applications for work permits, permanent residence, and employer compliance. Key responsibilities include advising corporate clients on immigration strategy, eligibility, timelines, and risks, acting as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with IRCC, ESDC, and MIFI requirements.

Candidates must possess an RCIC or be a lawyer licensed to practice Quebec immigration, recognized by MIFI, and be an active member in good standing with the relevant regulatory body. A minimum of three years of corporate Canadian immigration experience is required, along with strong knowledge of Canadian and Quebec immigration programs. The ability to independently manage high-volume, complex corporate cases, attention to detail, and fluency in both French and English are essential.
