👩 💼 The Role
Manifest is hiring an Immigration Paralegal to join our growing immigration law practice in Scottsdale, Arizona. This full-time role requires daily in-office collaboration (5 days per week) and is central to keeping Manifest’s operations running smoothly and efficiently.
You’ll play a key role in both daily office operations and business immigration casework, helping to ensure our team and clients are always supported.
🔍 What You’ll Do
- Mail & Document Management: Pick up, sort, and scan incoming mail daily; upload all correspondence into our internal portal and promptly notify relevant team members.
- Case Support: Assist with business immigration filings, including EB-2 NIW, EB-1A, and O-1 petitions.
- Administrative Operations: Maintain digital and physical filing systems, manage document workflows, and support other critical office and legal functions.
- Quality & Timeliness: Ensure all documents, notices, and communications are handled with accuracy, confidentiality, and speed.
✅ Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of professional experience in a legal, administrative, or casework role.
- Prior experience in U.S. business immigration strongly preferred (especially EB1-A, EB2-NIW, or O-1).
- Strong organizational skills, with proven ability to manage administrative tasks and casework with accuracy and accountability.
