The Implementation & Activation Manager - Ad Operations at WPP Media is responsible for leading the trafficking and deployment of digital campaigns, ensuring they go live on time and with 100% accuracy. This role involves guiding and supporting planners and clients within the digital space, contributing to the company's commitment to delivering best-in-class media services.

Key responsibilities include implementing digital campaigns within the operations team, adhering to best-in-class processes for all digital campaign operations, and continuously tracking and refining digital operations processes. The manager will also effectively manage the onboarding of new clients and agency teams, conduct regular face-to-face meetings with direct teams and agencies, and develop technical knowledge around industry and technology partners such as Sizmek, Google, and verification vendors. Additionally, the role involves proactively updating the planning team on technology changes in the ad operations field and managing expectations of directors and planners regarding deadlines.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent written and oral communication skills, be collaborative and astute, and have a strong customer-centric mindset. They should be responsive and reliable, with the ability to manage expectations of internal customers and key media and technology suppliers. The candidate should also motivate the team to over-deliver against client expectations, take full responsibility for administration tasks such as status reports and contact reports, demonstrate a significant level of initiative and resourcefulness, and ensure high attention to detail and error-free work at all times.
