As an Implementation Consultant, you will be instrumental in guiding mid-market clients through the onboarding process, ensuring they fully leverage Agicap's platform to achieve their strategic, financial, and operational objectives. This role involves close collaboration with clients to understand their unique needs and tailor the platform accordingly.
Key responsibilities include managing a portfolio of mid-market customers during the implementation phase, engaging with both operational finance staff and senior executives such as CFOs and CEOs. You will develop a deep understanding of clients' goals, configure the Agicap platform to meet their requirements, and ensure timely and successful onboarding. Additionally, you will serve as the primary point of contact, providing insights and support to maximize the platform's value for clients.
The ideal candidate possesses 1-2 years of experience in professional environments, preferably in customer-facing roles within consulting, advisory firms, or B2B SaaS companies. Fluency in Italian and English is essential. Strong prioritization and execution skills, an analytical mindset, and the ability to adapt in a dynamic growth environment are crucial. Excellent listening skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams are also important. A background in corporate finance or exposure to finance/treasury departments is a strong plus.
