Implementation Consultant
The Implementation Consultant at Motive is responsible for leading the deployment of Motive's hardware and software solutions for high-value customers. This role involves creating and managing onboarding projects, including key milestones such as Customer Kick Off, Go Live, and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) metrics. The consultant serves as a project manager and product expert, guiding clients through complex onboarding processes and coordinating with the Enterprise account team to drive initial adoption and ongoing training.
Key responsibilities include defining and maintaining the onboarding program tailored to product initiatives, tracking and achieving key performance indicators, and ensuring successful onboarding and training to drive software adoption. The consultant acts as the primary point of contact during the onboarding phase, overseeing hardware and software implementations, monitoring client progress to ensure adoption within scope and schedule, and hosting virtual or in-person training sessions for new customers.
The ideal candidate has over one year of experience in a customer-facing B2B role, preferably in trucking, logistics, or fleet management. Essential skills include project management, account management, problem-solving, business planning, and analytical abilities. Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills are required, along with experience in delivering client-focused solutions and the ability to effectively communicate across all organizational levels, including executive and C-level. A BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience is preferred.
