Implementation Coordinator
The Implementation Coordinator at Motive plays a pivotal role in supporting the Implementation Consultant team to ensure the successful onboarding of new customers. This position involves managing and executing various tasks that facilitate the seamless integration of Motive's technology solutions into client operations. Motive is dedicated to empowering businesses in the physical economy by providing tools that enhance safety, productivity, and profitability.
Key responsibilities include assisting with new orders and Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMA) to ensure accurate and timely shipment of hardware and accessories. The coordinator will review and support customer account administration, such as configuring company settings and handling bulk import or change requests. Additionally, the role involves managing project management tools, supporting case creation and tracking, and coordinating with customers and third-party installation partners to schedule installations and service work. Maintaining and updating installation reports and supporting the accounting team during month-end and year-end close processes are also essential duties.
Candidates should possess at least 2 years of experience in project coordination, account management, customer support, problem-solving, and analytical roles. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential. Proficiency with Salesforce, G-suite, MS Office tools, and reporting (SQL) is preferred. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment, demonstrate strong ownership attitudes, and have a solid understanding of product knowledge. Experience in delivering client-focused solutions and the ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels are also important.
