Implementation Manager - ECP, Grants
Euna Solutions is seeking an Implementation Manager for its Enterprise Customer Programs (ECP) team, focusing on grants management. This role involves overseeing the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a seamless transition from sales to adoption. The Implementation Manager will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product management, customer success, and technical support, to deliver exceptional client experiences and drive customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include serving as the primary point of contact for clients during the onboarding process, conducting kickoff meetings, gathering business processes and requirements, and providing expert guidance on best practices for implementing and configuring Euna's SaaS products to meet clients' unique needs. The role also involves carrying out project management activities, ensuring that deliverables fall within the scope of the implementation, maintaining clear and reliable communications, evaluating points of risk and opportunity, and assisting clients with change management. Additionally, the Implementation Manager will customize system settings, workflows, and integrations to align with client requirements, while using out-of-the-box functionality to minimize customizations whenever possible.
Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Computer Science, Information Systems) or equivalent practical experience. A minimum of 3 years in a client-facing implementation role, preferably in the SaaS industry, is required. Strong understanding of software implementation processes, methodologies, and best practices is essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams, are crucial. Technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn and navigate new software applications, along with strong problem-solving and analytical skills, are also important. Experience with CRM, ERP, or other enterprise software implementations, particularly in the GovTech sector, is a plus.
