ABOUT THE ROLE
Influencer marketing is one of Ramp’s highest-ROI growth channels, driving some of our most efficient and scalable SQL impact across performance, product launches, and brand moments. This role owns the end-to-end influencer motion and scales it from a high-performing but under-resourced program into a durable, company-wide growth engine.
You’ll partner closely with Performance Marketing while supporting cross-functional initiatives across Product, Sales, Brand, and GTM. This is a hands-on role with real budget ownership, high creative judgment, and clear business impact.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Own Ramp’s influencer program end-to-end, from strategy through execution and optimization
- Partner with Performance, Data, Finance and Brand to scope goals, budgets, and timelines for influencer campaigns
- Source, evaluate, and build shortlists of creators aligned to audience, product, and channel goals
